Well maybe you already have one, but are not walking with it every day. These animals need to walk at least twice a day. If you do this since “you have to” you will also lose weight! Combine this with the pedometer (see earlier tip) and have a perfect work-out every day.
I hear you think: A what?! A pedometer is a small device that keeps track of your steps. During the day or during your exercises you can wear one and keep track of the steps you take. I have included some pedometers in the Amazon widget below from Omron (my personal favorite).
Follow the progression of your weight loss. Just take a look at your achievement so far when you are feeling a little bit down. Be proud of yourself! Use nice big markers for your goal and milestones. Don’t forget to reward yourself if you reach a milestone.

What I do like about this website is that they are using quite modern features to make loosing weight as comfortable as possible. Examples, which I will discuss more closely further on, are for instance “podcasts” or online videos.
Most of us have a mp3-player (click here for an explanation of the iPod) at home to listen to music. These “podcasts” are online radio-shows which you can download and listen on your mp3-player.
More and more people are getting a broadband connection these days, which makes it possible to watch television online on sites such as Youtube.com. Here you can watch short clips from indivuduals but also companies.

I cannot stress this enough. It is really hard to do manage this by yourself. Ask your husband/wife/relative/friend/colleague/etc. to join you. If you rather do not want to ask them than you can join an online diet plan. These have communities filled with people who can help you continue your diet when you are feeling down.
